About these terms

These terms apply when you browse LUNE or place an order through our storefront. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to any mandatory laws that apply to your purchase. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and information

We aim to describe and display each item accurately. Colors, reflections, scale, and appearance may vary slightly between screens, photographs, and handcrafted pieces. Lifestyle or AI-assisted images are illustrative; the listed product photographs, description, selected options, and order confirmation define the item ordered. Pet accessories should be used with appropriate supervision and regularly checked for wear.

Prices, orders, and payment

Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when we confirm the order and can fulfil it. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error, inventory issue, or inability to deliver, and will refund any amount collected when required. Payments may be processed by Shopify and PayPal under their own terms.

Personalization and order details

You are responsible for checking names, sizes, colors, delivery details, and other selected options before checkout. Some personalized or made-to-order items may not qualify for change-of-mind cancellation once preparation begins, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Cancellations Policy form part of these terms. They explain delivery estimates, the 24-hour request window, quality-issue handling, return shipping, and statutory rights. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

LUNE branding, text, product designs, graphics, and site materials are owned by or licensed to LUNE. You may view the site for personal shopping, but you may not copy, scrape, download in bulk, resell, impersonate, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or use our materials commercially without written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LUNE is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
